About our Owner DVC by Resale is owned and operated by Shontell C. Crawford, Licensed Real Estate Broker, who has been helping Disney lovers own their piece of the magic for less, since 1997.  Originally from South Carolina, she moved to Orlando in 1989 and immediately went to work for the Walt Disney World company in Resorts. During her 5 year career at the happiest place on earth, she loved being a Cast Member at the Lake Buena Vista Golf Club/Pompano Grill, the Jazz Co. at Pleasure Island, the Hoop de Doo Review, Crockett's Tavern and front desk of Fort Wilderness as well as being on the opening team of the Beach Club.  Her real estate career began in a general timeshare resale company helping Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt and Disney Vacation Club timeshare owners with their resales. Promoted to management, she lead their Disney Vacation Club resale division for 4 years before earning her Broker's license and founding the first DVC focused resale company, exclusively for Disney Vacation Club Members to buy and sell their points and memberships.  Subscribing to the "Keep It Simple, Shontell" approach, her full-service boutique and website model has resulted in multi-millions in SOLD contracts for Disney Vacation Club Members worldwide.
